How will I receive my resource?

To be clear, we do not offer hard copies. All products are digital.

You will receive 2 emails within minutes of your purchase. One email will be your receipt with a link to your order confirmation page. The other email will be a downloads email with your resources linked. If you don't see it, check your spam folder for an email from Brownie Points Teaching Shop. 

You can also access any purchases through your customer account. Click here to login or create an account using the same email that you used for the order.

How many times can I download a resource?

As many times as you need!

How will I know if a product has been updated?

When we update a product, you will be sent an email with the download link. 

Are the files editable?

Unless specified, files are not editable. 

Can I let another teacher use the resource I purchased?

Sorry, no. Our Terms of Use limits each resource for single classroom/teacher and personal use only. 

Can I pay with a purchase order?

Please use the contact form to let us know! Include the resource(s) you are interested in and your preferred currency. We'll get in touch and sort out the details with you.

Can I purchase in my preferred currency?

Prices are set in Canadian dollars, but you can select your currency/country on the footer of each webpage.
